Personalised Body Harmonization
Body harmonization is not a single procedure: it is the planning of a set of methods to work on contour, firmness and proportion according to your body and your goal. It is one of my main areas of practice, and every protocol is built from scratch at your assessment.
Book an assessmentWho it is for
- Seeking improved body contour and proportion
- Combined concerns — localised fat, laxity and cellulite together
- Preparing for an event or restarting body care
- Anyone who prefers a structured plan over one-off sessions
How it works
Your assessment maps areas of concern, skin quality, fat distribution and health history. From that, a protocol is built that may combine different technologies and manual techniques, with a defined sequence and schedule. The plan is reviewed throughout your follow-up.
Sessions and maintenance
Because it combines different methods, it is always delivered as a structured protocol, with session counts and intervals defined in your individual plan.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as liposuction?
+
No. These are non-surgical aesthetic procedures with different goals and scope from plastic surgery. Cases that would require a surgical approach are identified and communicated at your assessment.
How do I know which procedures I will have?
+
That comes from the assessment, where priority concerns are identified and the protocol is built, then presented to you in writing before we begin.
Do I need to change my habits too?
+
Nutrition, hydration, sleep and physical activity directly influence the outcome of any body protocol. This is discussed openly during planning.
How long does the protocol take?
+
It depends on the chosen combination and the intervals required between sessions. The full schedule is presented before starting.

Skin Laxity Treatment
Laxity can be cutaneous — when tissue loses firmness and elasticity — or muscular, and each calls for a different approach. That is why the first step is identifying which type you have, since treating the wrong one wastes both time and expectations.

Cellulite Treatment
Cellulite involves changes in circulation, in the supporting tissue and in how fat sits beneath the skin. It is extremely common and occurs in different grades — and it is the grade that determines which methods make sense and what is realistic to expect.

Glute Treatment
Glute protocols address firmness, texture and contour in the area — concerns that usually come combined, such as cellulite alongside laxity. The plan is built around what actually bothers you, rather than a standard package.
